Day 2 of 100: That’s what I call a comeback, baby!

So yesterday may have been a bit of a bummer, but I’m here to tell you that I’ve come back with a vengeance and scored a top 10 anime comeback in my challenges. But that’s not all - I’ve also been making some serious headway in my studies.

First up, I tackled the first chapter of John R. Taylor’s classical mechanics book. I know, I know, vector operations and Newton’s laws are pretty basic stuff. But you know what? It was actually really refreshing to read about them from a new perspective. Plus, I’m really enjoying the book and plan to power through the rest of it during my winter break. Physics and I are back on good terms, and I couldn’t be happier about it.

Next up: differential equations. All I’ll say is that if I pass this course, I’ll be dedicating some serious time to studying them. Amen.

But enough about that boring stuff - let’s get to the fun stuff. I recently discovered the “Game Engine Black Book: Doom,” and let me tell you, it’s a treasure trove for anyone interested in computer architecture and console emulation. Plus, it’s full of amazing coding tricks used by developers to port the game to every console imaginable. I had a blast reading through it and I think you will too.

So there you have, and some solid progress in my studies. Not a bad day overall!
